Our Team
Our current team consists of a small handful of volunteers looking to help those in our community who are homeless and others in need of assistance.
Our History
While working within a local healthcare system we found that many people have difficulty connecting with and obtaining the services available in our area. Our goal is to assist where we have found services were lacking.

Improve the health and lives of the people in the community by eliminating barriers to services and closing gaps in healthcare.
